I'm trying for a lot less then what that $20,000 motor cost and trying to be a little more stable to boot. I've had a boat something like that. Wide open it was you, god and flat water that kept you from almost certain death. It gets kind of old waiting for that perfect run though in my area. Most times it was more like water splashing over the transom or over the front deck, a beat you to death ride and only one passenger but every now and then it was balls to the wall fun.
