Classic good looks, wave crusher hull. Beautiful old-school flag-wrap paint, all original. Vinyl is in great shape, interior is squeaky-clean, gel is shiny. Very efficient hull, cruises 52-53mph @3500rpm. 502's have 230 hours on them, and have been babied. Bravo drives in great shape. $57600, located in Texas.

Thanks Phil, it's a fantastic boat! We absolutely love it, but have decided a cruiser would fit us better right now. Thanks for looking!

Jimmy will you take payments, say $100/month.....forever.

Seriously, I've been on this boat many times and it is ROCK SOLID. With all the chop we have in Galveston bay, I have never been on a boat where I could stand up outside teh bolster and have a great ride...NONE.

Plus the cockpit is HUGE.

Great deal on 38 footer...wish I had the cash.

What year & does it have a trailer & what kind? Has it always been in salt water?

Were engines rebuilt or freshed up? When?

Do you have any more pics of boat engines & interior

It's a '93 Stryker, that's like new. 236 hours total on boat, sort of like finding a Shelby in a barn... 50 hours since full survey. Fresh water only until I bought it last year. It's only been in salt a few times and each time was flushed with Salt-Away within twenty minutes of recovery. And soaked down with CRC 656. You cannot tell it's ever seen salt.
Twin 502EFI Magnums w/bravos. Never re-built (236 hrs) or molested in any way. Only maintained (20hour oil changes with Delo 40, water pump impellers and housings, new fuel pumps, new fuel filters and tune-up.) They run like new.
Mach 26" props. Planes like a frickin' ski boat. Very well sorted out. Gel is shiny, vinyl very good, interior very clean.
Trailer is a very well set up Easy Loader aluminum. This boat is so easy to launch and recover, (I do it alone all the time...) because of the swivel bunks. You just aim and punch it a little and it's perfectly centered. New E-rated trailer tires.

Has pump-out head, fridge, dvd/tv tuner and is wired for flatscreen.

There are other older 50-60k 38 footers out there, but I promise none this NEW! Most have been used up and repowered. This one is barely broke-in...

I looking to move up to larger boat. I don't mind buying older boat that has been taken care. Best buy for your money. I have someone looking at my 1990 22 classic this friday. I been in boats for about 40 years.
plywood 15' boat built by my dad & uncle with a 55 Red mercury
16' Century Cheeta - sking comptetion AWSA
18 Centruy Arabian
23' 1985 Fromula
27' 1989 Sunrunner Cruiser - one of the nicest cruisers I 've seen went out of business in the late 1980's
38' 1996 Baja Special w/ Bravo 3's - I know a lot of people don't think much of Baja. But I had boat for 3 years & ran up down intercoastal to Lake Charles & had a blast. 1/2 High Performace/ 1/2 cruiser w/ gen & a/c
40- 1995 Seay Express Cruiser Loved the boat, was like a small condo.
Justed started back in boat again last year.
I bought a 2006 JC TRI-toon pontoon boat w/ 150 Honda. I thought I would never be seen on a pontoon. But the wife loves it & it's great for kids & dogs.
I just bought 22 classiic last year for a 2nd boat to run around in & love the looks, but I want a larger boat
Looking at several now. 1997 28' donzi w/blower - super clean
1998 32" Fountain w/502 bulldogs - my brother is a fountian guy.

I have tons of pics. Feel free to email me at bglz42@yahoo.com

I'll send you my phone number.

Here are some.

Nothing wrong the Baja 38 Special, those are great boats! (You've had an awesome stable of boats, friend!) The Stryker has the same "heft " as the Baja, also a straight hull. I've turned our Stryker on it's gunwhale through our 90 degree entrance to Nassau Bay at speed, and it doesn't slip AT ALL! Great handling boat. A real wave eater, that jumps up on plane so easy it'll scare you.

Also equipped with a Navman color GPS wth Fuel Flow, and new SS Comp gauges.

BTW, the engine pic is an old one. It's much cleaner now, with the required CG plaques applied. I also added new battery switches. It's much nicer now...
