Don't you love these Carlisle tires!! The rest of the tread is still around my axle. When I got home I added a hack saw to my road kit, it took 1 1/2 hours to saw the tire of, that included getting the saw.:eek!:

wow that sucks! You probably want to replace those safety chains too, looking a little rusty...

How bad did it screw up your fender? 31 days to AOTH you know. Beef has been acquired.

That chain is on a different trailer. The tire bent the bracket under the fender and bowed the fender.. I'll bend it back and have it redone after AOTH. I'll have the new tires Mon.
Thanks for asking

Spring 2005 I blew 2 in one month. One wiped out my trailer light wiring - finally fixed the wiring last month when it was warm outside (I didn't travel further than 5 miles to the water all of last year).

Jerry,
How old was the tire?

Make sure there is always enough air befor traviling. Another good idea is drive real slow for a few miles on tires that have been sitting along time with weight on them.

I had a carlisle lose its tread on my trailer also. I replaced all 4 with goodyear marathons!

The trailer is a 2001 with 2500 miles.

They could have been dry rot, but they look perfect. The trailer has never been left out doors.
Not sure on the class, stock on the Eagle.
