Serpentine belt convertion

I'm looking to use a serpentine belt on the small block chevy in my 18. Anybody know of a convertion kit?

Mr. X explained recently that Mercruiser offers them. However it requires complete bracket replacement and no variations of auxialiaries. If you make changes to seawater pump etc, it won't work.
