View Full Version : 72 inches of snow in 36 hours

Well, the snowfall amounts for our spring blizzard are in. Parts of Wyoming recieved 72 inches of snow in 36 hours! In the 13 years I have lived here, the most I saw in Jackson was 78 inches in 72 hours. This storm did not hit us for some reason, but slid down the east side of the continental divide, much like the storm Denver got in December which only hit the eastern part of the State. This was a record storm for parts of Wyoming. Here is a link to all the snowfall and wind amounts. I thought it was spring?

Patti, this was the one I was talking about. Did it get anyone in the mid west?

We are possibly going to get a little snow here in PA on wed.. But it shouldnt be much or last too long.. I am getting ready to put the shovel away.. :D Jamie
