Any Donzi dealer should be able to get them for you.
I bought mine from Preferred Power Marine in Fairfield, OH, 513-874-3333.

What does it mean to have your boat "color sanded"?

My boat is teal on the sides & strip. After I polish boat the color fades a little & looks a liitle dull. I'm not really positive. I believe they sand w/ several different fine paper grades too get the old dull finish off the gel coat. Then they finish w/ awet sanding & polish to bring shine back out. Usually with boat with a thick color gelcoat this work well.

Keeping my fingers crossed. Depending on the boat between 700.00 - 900.00

How much should I be looking to pay for decal?

I seem to think that a set of decals (two sides) cost me about $90.

The sanding process you describe sounds familiar to me, as I did it to my "pink" 22' last summer. If they do a good job of it, $700-$900 is very reasonable. I had about 60 hours of labor, $250 for a DA wet-sander, and $100 in paper discs by the time I was done. Here is one link (http://www.donzi.net/forums/showthread.php?t=44797&highlight=oxidation) where you can read more about my process, and here is another, with pics. When you get the job done you will want to treat the gel with the proper product, one designed for gel-coat and not paint, with good UV protection. I will be trying this out on my boat: intro post to Marine Clean Leverage (http://www.donzi.net/forums/showthread.php?t=48299)

Good luck, and keep us posted!
