Bravo w/ Speedy lower ?

Saw a boat for sale around here that claims to have a Bravo drive
with a Speedy lower. The guy thinks it's a #3.

Is this possible ? Or is it just a nose cone and satin paint ?

Maybe a TRS w nose cone ?

It's a TRS w/ nose cone (poor bondo job).
