I'm mounting a different carb, a Q-Jet, and it doesn't seem to have a vacuum port in the base like the Holley does.
So can I run the PCV valve hose to a port on the intake manifold instead?

On my fuel injected MPI, the pvc runs to the intake spark arrestor
My previous Donzi had a Holley and the PVC also ran to the spark arrestor

When running to the flame arrestor make sure you dont have a PCV valve on the valve cover just run a line without the valve. There will be no vacuum at the flame arrestor so the PCV valve would never open.

I was just going to say that I don't think any of my engines have a pvc valve, just hoses from the valve covers to the flame arrestors.
