Things to do in Cabo, Mexico???

Leaving for Cabo on Dec 2nd for a week. I thought I remember some of you traveling there recently. What are the "must do's"? I am going fishing one day for sure!

fishing is a the top of the list, it's great.
What not to do, drink lots of Tequilla and buy a LIMO, long story.
