Anyone have any experience with any of them. From what I have read online, they would decrease the cost of chemicals.

I was looking at 3 of them,

1). ZODIAC® DUO-CLEAR™ 25K SYSTEM

2). AQUA RITE® CHLORINE GENERATOR

3). I-Pure Salt Chlorine Generator.

Scot; Why use chemicals?? Do you really want to swim in Chlorine laden water?
Check out ecosmarte.com

I have been using this system for 5 yrs now.
My kids are in the pool up to 5 hrs at a stretch, and when they get out, their eyes are still white..
I don't use muriatic acid to lower my PH. I inject carbon dioxide into the water.............Ed

Mr. Poodle; If Houston treat their city water with cl2, I wouldn't advise Bacquacil. You also get scum lines and pink algae with Bacquacil. I,ve tried every system over the last 12 yrs (plus 4 different type of filters) My neighbor has the Ecosmarte sys. too, but uses non metalic algecide rather than the copper.....Ed
