Holman Moody 302/351 front plate and "T"

I need to buy the front plate and "T" cooling water piece for a small block Ford with Holman-Moody Conversion. Probably other stuff needed, too.

While not for sale I have a 289 H-M going back together in my garage now for a 1967 16' v drive. That said, the front plate is cut out of 1/4 inch? (need to verify) steel and could be made easily. If you need me to trace it full size let me know.

Alternatively, if you need dimensions or info on the other parts let me know.

if you would make a paper drawing of it i'll put it in CAD format or an engineering drawing.... I also have access to a CNC Plasma Cutter but i'd be forced to charge some cash to actually manufacture one since it isn't MY machine...

D.J.'s got the templates Craig. He cut new ones out of Stainless remember? If there just rusted around the water holes fill,and grind thats what I've done with all three so far.I did them myself but a weld shop would probably charge max 75.

Stupid question: does the change in deck height make this part different for the 302 than the 351?

No different Craig. Now there might be a different mount site for the vdrive meaning the adjustable rod angle iron mount at the bottom. You could always cut the top off the mount just above the re-enforcement and weld a new piece on.

The vdrives are different! Noisys boat was converted to 351's, same plate. A thread of interest to you.

The "front" plate which is really at the rear of the boat looks just like the one in the Nova boat link above on the 289 engine that goes in the v drive 16 Classic. Far different from the photos further above in this thread.
