V6 "lx-g+" ??

Gentlemen, can anyone please tell me what the
designation "LX-G+" means on the 4.3 engine ??

Gen+ is better performing heads. LX, I believe is the same displacement engine, but with more HP. Except they added an H for the following, 4.3LX Gen+/190hp and the 4.3LXH Gen+/205hp. The letters LX are also used on the 5.7L and 7.4L engines. These numbers are for 1997 year mercruisers.
