28 sportsman/ conversion

Would like to hear pros and cons of converting a 28 sportsman to twin outboards? Maybe make it into a center console? I am not worried about resale because the donzi 28 in general has no resale anyway. either you like them or hate them.I am looking to set her up for offshore fishing.

yep - sounds like a plan to ensure no re-sale value to me.

I'd recommend cutting up something with less value - or at least if you do it don't mention it on a Donzi enthusiasts board...

What value does a donzi 28 have?I know of two that need total restoration. owners could not get 2,000 as they sit.I understand that not many were produced, and not many are left. But as I see it they are not popular as the smaller donzis.Am I wrong? Just look at this board. Not many are interested in the big donzi.
