Excellent boat for a winter project. Totally original. All fiberglass is perfect. Seats are very good. Trailer is very good. 4.3L OMC Motor... not so much. I do like it,.....I always loved the yellow stripe!!

Everything is sound except the engine??

Hey Kamen,
I've noticed the lifting eyes "missing" on a few other '90 16 classics which is odd because you hardly ever see a classic without them. Guess it was something they only did for a year or so. I've known Gene for the better part of 10 years and talked about taking this one off his hands a few times. Looks like it would go back together fairly quick and easy with a remanufactured block or that 260 HP V6 you were looking at last week. I still have a few too many things on my plate to add this to the boat collection.

Hey Gene,
How's the deal coming on the new boat? You're going to need to sell the 16, the X-18 and also build a larger garage-mahal to make room for that beast.

The engine was running a few years ago when the boat was put up. There is surface rust and such but it turns over. It could just need a good cleaning/degreasing, a full rebuild or a new short-block. I don't know. Everything else is the berries.

Look at the picture of the hour meter, that's total time boat and motor!!!
