i have a 1998 350 -260hp merc with a round 90 hrs. complete from fly wheel to belts ,oil pan to carb . just hook up power and fuel and its read to run.it has all ass. power steering pumb, alt,see water pump,hoses and surp.belt.it was hooked to a bravo drive so it has the sea water pump

I'm only about 1-hr 20 min's from you from the Kingston exit #19 of the Thruway. Now the question I have to answer is, which one of your two engines I should be considering to build?
