Although the MC service manual shows a drain hose attached at the bottom of the pan, all I found was a bolt. It was a max extension maneuver for me to get contorted enough to get a wrench on it and remove it. Gotta be a better way. What are people doing to make this more 'user friendly'. A threaded 90-degree barb with a hose attached sounds like worth considering.
Since I'm almost never here, I'm thinking that a test run prior to completely finishing the boat may be in order...there may (or may not) be more to report on this by Monday!

Good ideas all, Poodle. Came to my senses and decided to not rush into a prelim run at this time. Will contact you for parts and parts. Gone again Monday so no rush. Actually got out on the Bay today (went boating instead of boat working) , man it was nice.

I can order in a drain hose kit for ya, have it Monday.. Need to know if the pan is metric or std..
Seatrialing tomorrow @ 0700 I think.. Ramp by you :) :)
If you want to run yours, let me know I'll bring a towrope :) :D :D
