Fishboy's F-23 runnin like a scalded Dog!!!!

Well Fish and I put his F-23 in the water for the first time since he put the new 250 Optimax on and DAMN!!!!

Boat ran 58 on G.P.S. and the engine needs to come up at least 2 inches on the jackplate. Jodi is stoked!!!

Also, I got the Donzi deck boat running today and we are taking it up to the Hommasassa House for Scalloping this weekend. Will post pics on Monday.

Cuda, Mike Collins got the motor at oem for my dad out of Donzi.

I still can't believe how well it ran. He has never gotton over 42 out of it the entire time he's owned it.

It is good to hear that the fish hull is capable of higher speeds. I have always liked the "F" boats, :dolphin: but the reports are usually 50mph tops. Very cool to see it almost to 60.

Just curious, What would the approx gph be on that hull at cruise or WOT?

Good to see it's running strong. Last time i saw him, i think he had a bad powerhead. that was 2 years ago or so tho......Once I move down to Jacksonville, I'll drag down the Crit' and run with you guys in the Tampa\St. Pete area.....

Mac, Yes he had a real old 200 that had been rebuilt a few times by questionable people.

250 acts like it was ment for that boat. Bow rides up at a perfect angle, never did that before.

STV is in J. ville being repaired as we speak. He took it up there 2 weeks ago.
