Engine size and owners manual for a 275 medallion 1996

Hi.
I have just bougth a Donzi 275, an imported it to Norway! It looks great and I already love the boat! Unfortunately gas is VERY expensive in Norway, so I am installing a diesel engine instead . Can sombody give me advice of how big the engine should be to make a top speed of approx 32 knots? Can somebody also help me with a owners manual for this boat? (I will pay for this!)

Congrats on your purchase of this boat............i have the same model and year boat..........i don't have service manual or owners manual for my boat either.....let me know if you find one, i'd pay for photo copies of yours.
