On the Minx... Was this (pictured) the only style of throttle/shifter used on the Minx? Any other Donzi models use the same throttle control?

Also, what is the round "button" just starboard of the steering wheel? Trim indicator or what?

the round button is the TILT feature

The reason I'm asking is because I've seen a Minx with no tilt button there - AND the throttle control housing and shift lever are different although they are believed to be original. It's an OMC 351/Cobra OD setup.

It's the only Minx I've ever seen like that. What gives? Is it the OMC setup?

Mine has two sticks. I'm assuming it came that way. Everything else is original.

The original power is long gone. The Cobra O/D is still there and IS original. I think the original engine was the OMC King Cobra 350.

How much more clearance is there under the hatch in a Minx than the 18 Classic?

I don't know how much MORE clearance there is but, someone recently asked me the clearance there was above the thermostat flange....I think I remember it was about 16".
Lots of space under there.

yes the minx is all red....it has the eyetalian windshield and originally came with an omc 350 & cobra o/d.....the aircleaner said king cobra but it has the flat top...anyways the 2nd owners broke the motor(holed 2 pistons) so I put in a 350 that was originally mated to a mercruiser....
the minx is for sale as listed on the forsale board
the hull # is also listed
