It's a 98 bought new in April of 2001 at the miami boat show. He is asking 19,500. He is the only owner and operator. Any opinions?

Hours? Salt history, where was it those 3 years? Was it a demo or owners boat and was used some but just not titled? It looks great, drive looks to match story. 19.5 is a great price with the trailer. Trailer looks more used/left in sun or salt.
