That boat was raced with Mike Flanigan from Lightning Bay Marina in St Pete. I assume he still owns it. I was talking to him at the Miami show. He had purchased the Black 38 that was in the movie. I just saw it sold somewhere. You can call Lightning Marine and see if it's a scam. Helluva nice boat for racing.
