With the bow high attitude of the I/O boats and other issues, I was curious,
Does the outboard boat run faster and handle better. Looking at the one for sale in "Boats for sale" and the availability of a jackplate, and saving 500 pounds from hanging out back, does this change the boat a whole lot?
Does anyone have any numbers?
Jamie (Rootsy) saw about 78GPS with about 400 something horsepower. What do these boats do with a smaller, lighter rendition of power?
