Hey Gang,
Been a while. Hope all is well with everyone. I thought I would stop by and show some photos of my summer project. Formerly, the winter project, and the spring project. Now that I think about it, it was supposed to start in 2004.:bonk:
Anyways here we go with some pics. First set is the foundation.

The new garage preceeds a new boat, right?

Second set is the erection. I couldn't resist.....
The building was framed and sheathed in 4 days.
It took mainly three full-time and 1 more part-timer to get to that point.
Thanks to Mike Miller for all his help over the weekend.
I also got the roof totally on in about a day.
Presently, I have the entry door, 5 windows, and the garage door installed and have to wait for the next inspection to move to the siding.
Hope you like the photos. Will have more in the future.

Hey George,
That would be the intended order of events. We will see what happens.
I don't know if I will be able to hold onto a steering wheel for some time after this is over. Haven't swung a hammer in quite a few years and I am paying for it big time now. :bonk: :(

Jefe,
Everything can be made BIGGER!!:)
Glashole,
It is 24W x 32L 9.5H with an 8x18 door and a vaulted ceiling.
Just got the framing inspection yesterday. Driveway started today, will pour on Monday. Then on to the siding.
I don't know how much more my elbows can take. :crossfing
Dude, that should be a winter project! Hot as hell now, not to mention it rains every afternoon! :)

Cuda,
You are correct, but winter was too short! Rain is no problem the roof is on the building is weather tight. The rest (siding) will be at my leisure.
