We're headed North to NH this coming Friday and dragging Freedom with us... can't wait... we've been anticipating this trip since last summer's extended stay in the sandbox... will be stopping in Mystic CT to visit my school, spend Sat there then head out early Sun am for Lake Winni. Have a slip rented in a boathouse waiting... we'll be there til 5 Aug... Day after day of fresh water boating with nowhere to be and nothing to do (well besides the bandit's poker run of course)... :)

It's eggplant,....if you like eggplant parm subs, your gonna love the pizza. I'm not a big eggplant guy, but every once it a while it hits the spot!!
