I went to go see World Party perform on Friday night with a friend and then spent Saturday at a music festival in Westchester, NY where they closed the festival after a great set by Roger McGuinn of the Byrds.

Is anyone else into World Party?

The sound is a combination of the Beatles, Dylan, Rolling Stones, and Prince blend...

I don't know anything about the music of World Party. BUT, when you mention the combination of influences and combinations, it makes me want to see a show. I'm a fan of them all. Great stuff.
