Look on e-bay. Search under mercruiser. There are always a few of them for sale.

You can use either the 235ci automobile block or the 292ci truck block, the exterior dimensions are the same as are "all" bolt holes for accessories it is a direct bolt in You will need to change out the core plugs to brass! I have swapped out several, the 292 gives you a nice little boost in power requiring a little more pitch on the prop.

Philwrong...... it was a 250, not a 235
