Anyone know where I can score a trim tab rocker switch in white?

Might need a Bennet trim pump too...

If I decide to upgrade, anyone know where to buy a set of 150S K-Planes??

I have a complete rocker switch in black. A can of Krylon can make any color.

Uggg...don't paint your plastic switches. I went to eddie marine.com and ordered their $25.00 white powercoated trim bezel for the bennett trim tab switches. You specifiy what you want engraved- I think I just had "trim tabs" put on it. Looks great.

I also rewired my switch so if you push the starboard switch down, the starboard trim tab goes down. Much easier for me to control that way.

zimm, I just purchased one as well and it looks great but I've had trouble trying to install it. Did you have to completely disassemble/unwire the trim switches to get the black plastic housing off the orig Bennett switches?

Hymmm, Imagine that...I wonder why racers do it also???

I re-wired mine so that when I push the starboard switch, the port tab goes down. That way if I want the starboard side of the boat to go down, I just push the starboard switch.

I don't remember a black housing on the back- It was last summer when I did it. I did have to take the wires off and also drill new holes in the dash for the bezel.

As for the wiring- google bennett trim tabs and find their site. They have a wiring diagram there for download. Then have a buddy confirm the movement of the proper trim tabs while you push the buttons.

Does anyone know if the rocker switches for the Bennett tabs are single or double pole?
