I have a 22 classic and some how a butthead left his cigarrett between my starboard windshield and gelcoat. It burnt each. Do I need a new side windshield?Gelcoat can be repaired.

I really screwed up this time, not only letting peeps smoking in my boat but I had a minor on board who was drinking but she was really hot! New rules for me and my crew, No smoking and No minors. If we were to get pulled over would I get charged since I was the captain? I think so.

absolutely no minors ! especially ones that smoke cigs !

alcohol on the water is definatly asking for trouble (in maryland) , so don't compound the violations.

More than likely you would be cited for child abuse. That stays on your record forever. Think twice b-4 putting yourself in a position like that.

Seeing as she was not driving the boat she would only get a Minor in Position charge and you would get an Adding the Delinquency of a Minor charge. Then she would get thrown out into the water charge.
