Depth finder access - 22ZX

Does anyone have experience removing/replacing the depth finder on a 22ZX? I need to replace mine and I'm wondering how best to access it; can't get behind it through the fuse panel or otherwise. I wonder if I have to remove the stereo beneath it? If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it, thanks!

Removing the radio is your best bet.

Thanks, I figured that was the way to go. Hopefully it'll come out without too much hassle.

You may be able to access it thru the access panel under the helm if yours is so equipped. Otherwise thru the radio opening or by removing the trim panel that the control box is mounted to gain access to it are your other options.. Jamie :)
