and it came with a brass bolt on the bottom  Goto go out and get a spring loaded petcock so i can just pus against it with my thumb to release the water. Wonder if Home Depot would have it or I have to go to a marine supply store?

You're ****ting me MadPoodle? How can water dripping out of a faulty pop off valve void an insurance claim of a fire? I bought a pop off release today like they use on hot water heater, commercial truck water seperators, and compressors.
Tings I don't understand part XX

I guess your train of logic is dat da POS insurance co. will say the fuel filter failed and leaked into the bowl and than the pop off valve failed leaking all the fuel into the bilge LOL

If u only have to check the bowl once a year I'll leave the stock bolt in there.
The way some members were talking about water in their gas i thought all Donzi's came with a natural spring that had to be bleed everytime you used it.

That's why I buy the Sierras. For less than ten dollars, just throw the thing away.
