60 plus 2inches of water, smooth of course! Its a riot. Started out as 225hp pushing 275-300.

Cave creek. Cave opening keeps it in the upper 70's when its a hundy.

That is pretty crazy, what are the jet outboards like out of the hole? What is that boat rated for?

That's a pretty wild wet-jet! How do you keep the bow from porpoising and how did you reinforce the transom, or did ya? Is anyone willing to ride in it with you?

Ya Transom has three full struts running 45 to the backseats. Porpoising is not a problem it has full trim. Steering is its downfall it slides so you always leave some throttle left to straighten you out. Jets develop full power out of the hole but suffer about 25-30% powerloss at Wide open ,so its really 210 hp at the nossle. Its a different kind of boating to say the least! Go fast when the water gets slim! is hard to do when you've been prop boating for 20 years.
