Would these be cast aluminum? Will they have all the holes machined in them (and tapped where necessary) and the faces machined? Did the originals have logos cast in them? Will these?? Who is doing them, GLM? Is getting them polished an option?

and do you have permission from H-M to use their logo, if in fact it is a registered trademark?

Details, details...

Actually the trade mark and logos are infact trade marked. However the patent ran out years ago and Nicholson made them up to the 1980,s they were aluminum and didn't hold up well. The fact is they were poor performers (tapered log s). when we replaced them on our 16 there was no loss, and we replased them with Wakasha log types. Of corurse no one cares what China copies do we,(check knock off in another thread). A copy is not an origional. and doesn't count does it.

Yes there Aluminum, They will be exact copys of the original. As far as the performance they are old style header logs. Some of the originals, fresh water, are still out there holding up just fine.

Lenny,

What manifolds are you running? Are you running a 302 also?

I have a complete 351 with good H&M exhaust manifolds and would also sell my perfect just powdercoated H&M set for the right price . . .

This was not my original plan, but a set of headers will do wonders for my built 302 . . . .
