TRS alignment

Been busy all winter on my Z33 installing a new cabin and upgrading mechanicals. Still not finished and now it is time to get on the water. I had the port engine out of the boat and replaced the Borg Warner trans. What procedure should I use for outdrive alignment on a TRS drive and does the standard Merc alignment tool work for this drive? I have read procedures for many other outdrives but can't find anything specific to the TRS setup. I have looked for an alignment tool that fits the TRS but again can't find anything specific for the drive. Any experienced advice would be appreciated.

Mercruiser installation manual #90-15260370 886 See page 13. May be available on net archieves. The engine alignment tool # 91-57797A3.
Yes the standard Merc alignment tool is used but when I used to install them we used the Aluminum "plate" that came with the tool. this provides alignment for all the parts, and long life.
