Donzi F-23 (Z hull open fish) questions

Hey guys, I've been a long time lurker and our family has owned a 21' Regazza since new in '87, now powered by a 350hp 350. I am now intersted in buying a very clean shed kept freshwater F-23 with a 225 Johnson (is this the proper designation? It is the Z-hulled open fish) I grew up in Sarasota and have been a fan of this boat since I first saw the prototype in Sarasota Bay. However, I have never had the pleasure of a sea trial. A few questions for those in the know:

1. How is the ride? What is the deadrise at the transom?
2. what are some general problems to be aware of (transoms, stringers, general quality issues)
3. Speed without painted bottom with a 225?
4. Weight, beam, and general specs?

Anything else I should know?
