Trimmaster vs. Bennett

Hello All, I have a 97 22C and it has trimmaster tabs with level indicators and noticed the indicators don't work well at all . it's a poor design all together . Why does donzi at times put cheap equipment on their models. Has anyone else noticed and upgraded to a bennett system. Jeff

Did you buy the boat new with the Trimmasters? On the 22, I thought Bennets were the optional installation. Could they have been aftermarket by a previous owner? I've got Bennets on my 22C, and I've been very happy with them. They were stock from the factory in '99.

I did not buy the boat new ,but this boat came from the factory in 97 with a trimmaster..,the boat is awesome but some orginal parts had to be changed do to the quality?

I cannot speak for Trimmaster but I absolutely love the finish and operation of my Bennett ST9s on my C-16.
