will run 'about' 50 mph top-end, with full tank, bimini-down, and one passenger

Nice looking boat, the drive is a "King Cobra" as that is the engine package, the King Cobra is a tad stronger then the Bravo. With the small block is has the benefit of really good fuel economy, the great looks of the 22 and a damn near indestructible package.
