468 Chevy, needs rebuild

I've got a 468 engine that is in need of a rebuild. 4 bolt main, steel crank, good heads, new starter. Needs intake manifold and carb. Originally from a 38Cigarette, most recently in a 24 Sunsation. $1,500.00 or will sell w/o heads for $1,000
