Many of you learned to use radar in the military or growing up around boats. Having missed out on both, I'm wondering what is the best way to learn to properly utilize radar for both navigation and collision avoidance.
I'd appreciate any feedback on specific books, videos, courses that are targeted at a novice and are targeted at teaching the knowlege and skills for cruising.
