Does anybody know if the Sea Star hydraulic helm pumps are rebuildable? I have one that I think has a bad check valve. When turning the wheel in one direction it will pump fluid but if any resistance is applied it will not pump or generate any pressure. I took the helm out mounted in on the work bench, purged all air and still no good. Spinning the wheel the opposite way, that side works just fine. Any ideas or advice? Thanks.
