Camshaft Selection

I need to freshen up my '85 Volvo 350ci, 290hp 22' Classic after a first dry start of the engine for the season(knocking now). After disassembly I hope to not find a major problem, but wish to replace cam,lifters valve seals etc. Need suggestions on cam brand and grind and supplier. What brand gaskets are commonly used? Thanks for any suggestions

Comp cam grind #xm262h cam #12-236-3 this is a great all around cam..specs as follows
lift in .462 ex .477-duration advertised .262 in .268 ex- duration at .050 in .218 ex .224-lobe seperation 112 deg-operating range 1300 rpm to 5500 rpm... felpro marine gasgets is a good gasget to use.
