I was talking to my outdrive man, and he thinks it may be more cost effective (read cheaper), to put a mechanical indicator in, than it would be to replace the electric trim indicator. Does anyone know a source for a single trim indicator panel, and where to get the actuator?

Let me know what you decide on,....and if you remember, ask if they have the clamps for the Cobra trim cylinders!

Thanks

I just sent an email to Stainless Marine to see what they have. They list a single indicator for a Bravo drive.

None of them have one that says Trs, I'll find out if a Bravo style will work.

Cuda, all manual trim indicators attach to the side of the trim cylinders..check with merc and find out the part # of your trim cylinders and try to find the part # of the bravo cylinders to see if it will work for you...garrerig has one that fits all the cylinders and has back lit led lighting which some others dont have....

Not all of them attach to the cylinders.

I was thinking of the kiekhaefer style with the spring loaded cable...
