Well, just thought I'd put a not here about out current house
3/2/2, with a pool, approximately 1600sf. Construction is wood frame / stucco, built 1989, new roof, new paint inside and out, lot is right at 1/4 acre (not zero lot line), GREAT neighborhood, you'll have great neighbors to your left :cistineb: , and an empty lot to the left . Currently listed for $254,000, seriously looking to get $248,000. I'm posting a couple picture of the outside, any serious interest, I'll e-mail you all the picture you want. Will consider Donzi as partial payment
Pool needs to be refinished, it's a painted pool, but I was holding off, thinking the buyer may want to go with something OTHER than paint (I would if I were staying here). Also, no bugs, I've been on a maintenance program since I moved in (you've gotta watch the t-mites in Florida).
House is for sale, but would STRONGLY considder renting / leasing $1300.00 / mo. - you take care of the yard, I'll do other (if any) required maintenance.
Thanks
Wayne
