Boat is in Deerfield, FL. Looks like a 22 Classic to me, but might be a Minx or GT? Windshield and hull sides is leaning me towards a 22 Classic. For that person looking for a project under $10,000. this may be a good buy.

It's definetly a 22, just like Deb's.

I have a feeling this guy doesn't know what he has. the price is right for a 21' donzi, but low for a 22 classic. Im going to call them today to see if its still for sale. This could be the one for me, as the price sure is right... and the location is good too.

If anyone cares:

The boat is priced ok for what you are getting. The boat needs work, either a full repaint or wet-sand/buff (assuming the gel is as good as they say it is). The boat is missing some hardware, including the engine hatch latch (I'd imagine hard to find?), and a hinge. The trailer is not made for the boat, but a larger one, and is pretty much junk... so it needs a new one, IMO, before purchase. The cockpit cover is on its last leg, the interior is decent, but will need a redo soon. some of the guages dont work. hours are unknown. compression test is good on all 8 cyls.

My brother may get down there this week to check the boat out... If it's ok, I'll probably buy it... assuming a new trailer doesn't kill me, and assuming they will still knock a few bucks off of it.

Does it have a TRS drive?

Does it have a TRS drive?

The guy thought it was a bravo 1, but I think it is TRS as he wasn't sure exactly what it was, other than it was not an alpha 1.

It's a TRS then, Bravos weren't in production yet. You can pretty much count on a transmission rebuild ($1350).
Pictures of the innards of my transmission before rebuild.
