As I mentioned in previous threads I recently purchased this boat (a couple of months ago) and I was planning on having the boat fully restored back to its original condition. I am not a mechanic and therefore I was going to have this boat completely redone by a restoration shop. However, I need the boat by this summer and after talking to several people on the registry I am thinking about selling this boat and purchasing one that has already been restored.
I bought this boat for $4200 and have since ordered another $500 in trailer parts. This boat would be perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined and can do some of the work themselves. As I described in other threads on the registry this boat is in good condition but needs some attention. It has been sitting for two years but the last time it was in the water it ran well (I bought it from a family friend and used the boat a lot when they owned it).

1987 Volvo Penta 350
1987 Volvo 290 Powertrim outdrive
1987 EZ Loader Trailer (new springs, new hubs, new bearings, new bolts)
