That looks a lot like the one I pulled out of mine. Same Fabco tank I expect. My tank came out clean and the foam stayed with the boat. My tank was actually in excellent condition when I pulled it. The leak was in the fuel line where it was bent sharply after going through the stringer.

Looks like you are making good progress!

well damn it actually only lasted about 37 years and my daddy musta been a freak of nature and developed at like 7 years old :p

I have the same vintage tank sitting behind my garage. I haven't thrown it out yet so I can copy it in an aluminium tank.

I believe RDS has drawings of it.
