Lake George - 2006

Does anyone have the dates for the 2006 Donzi events at Lake George? In only 3 months the boat comes out of storage. :smash: I need somwthing to look forward to.

the lake george classic club events are historically on father's day weekend in june ( the dustoff) and the weekend after labor day in sept ( the fall picnic)
I am sure that Scott Pearson will post some stuff up soon as things start to open up ( hotels and stuff) in feb and march so the plans can be finalized

Dustoff should be Friday June 16th - Sun June 18th
Fall Picnic " " Saturday September 9th

Scott will post details & stuff soon enough, historically these will be the dates. :spongebob

I reserve Fathers Day Weekend and the first Weekend after Labor Day as well as the last Weekend in July for Winnie. These are always how these Events are scheduled, obviously the dates change, but the Weekends for the Events remain the same.
So plan it now.... Lake George and Lake Winnie are made for Donzis.

SlapShot how far Upstate are you ? You might want to save the second weekend in July for the 1000 Islands Donzi Run..... :D

I live just outside of Albany and do most of my boating on Sacandaga with the occassional trip to Lake George. Second weekend in July is family vacation trip so 1000 Islands will be out for me this year.

1K is a really great place for a family vacation, some very neat places to see. They would be so busy they would not miss you!!!!!
