I am new to boating and have decided that I would like a Donzi Classic. The first question I have is I need some advice on a what type of drive to look for. I see a jet drive classic for sale in upstate NY that apprears very cheap. What advice would someone have for me. Prop or jet.

Thanks I have no experience really just the use of friends boats for a day here or there. What did you mean by the type of boating. I believe I would like a classic 16 or 18.

these are the question you need to answer yourself

where will i boat small lake big lake, river, bay, ocean???

who will be with me?? how many what ages??

what will i be doing , cruising, skiing tubing or full out wide open throttle

what type of boat have you driven runabout, deep v, ?? the 16 and the 18 can be quite a hand full and very frightening with their handling quirks for the first time driver
