1971 18 classic with 351 holman moody and volvo 250 outdrive. Original gel coat,nice interior,2003 karavan trailer (I have the original trailer-it needs tires),two cockpit covers and one full cover.She runs and sounds great. Original gel on a 35 year old boat in that color looking fantastic is a deal in itself. If I was independently wealthy this Starship would definately join my fleet. Good luck selling even though I think this one will sell itself in an eyeblink! Great price too...

The trailer is in pretty good shape, the tires are shot, it needs a winch,a trailer jack and bunk carpet. I used it through 2003 and decided to replace it with the karavan. It is stored outside 25 miles away so I will get you pics in a couple of days.

Saint Joseph is in the south west corner of Mi. 30 miles from the Indiana border.

Did that boat grow up on Geneva Lake in Wisconsin? I seem to remember that boat on a lift near the town of Lake Geneva, two doors down from a Magnum Starfire.

Yes I am told it was on a lift on Geneva for years.

Interesting boat...looks to be in pretty nice shape.
Quite the arrangement where the ski locker is, it looks like a stereo system of some sort. Is it removable to access the space behind it? Any engine work lately? What kind of performance do you realize with this boat?

i work in st. joe and can take a look at the boat if anyone is interested. wish i had room for it.

the stereo is all in one box( deck and speakers ), it has a 4way trailer plug for wireing so you can just unplug, undo two latches and the whole thing is out. She runs 58-60mph GPS full of fuel,two people and the pin in the top hole.

I hope the sale of your boat comes to a successful, smooth conclusion. I'm glad you were able to sell for $9,100 on eBay, after being willing to take $8,000 for it here on the board.
