496 performance chips ?

I Would Like To Talk To Someone That Has Info On Chips To Increase 40-60 Hp On The 496 Cubic In ? I.ve Got One On Another Motor But Not On The 2004 496.. Love To Here Your Coments Dean.

I don't think there are any plug and go performance chips for the 496HO. Motor is fairly "tuned" from merc. Has to do with their 555 PCM...... Only place licensed to "remap", or reflash if you will, the PCM is Whipple. Not cheap either. Minimal gain from just a PCM flash as motor is turned up a little from is base state....ie the 496 mag. Just my 2 cents....... owner of a 04 496HO in an 05 22Classic.
