Thanks for the shrink Poodle. I was told big block has 352 on the intake. As far as the prop it does look like a merc! Its a 24p No manufactor name to be found and the shaft has not been changed. lets try the link here the last three on the index are of the monza. feel free to download my outboard video! http://webpages.charter.net/vrod02

hmmmm ?
Was'nt there a thread , or at least a topic, on one of these a few months back around here ......?
There was one that had come up for sale ..looked an awful lot like that one too !
I seem to recall that that one had no engine ...no no ! It had an unusual engine and some guy was going to take out the engine and sell it, then dump the boat as it was all rotten (woodwork )
It would have made a most excellent project !
Rare little boat .

Just my kind of job ! NOT that I need anything else at this point
I remember that from a while back .. I would love to have gotten it if I had nothing else on ...
At least it still has the original windscreen huh ? (hehe)
Once you gets the deck off and open it up it should be smooth sailing from there .At least you know what you're getting into.
You do know that it's a Harry Schoell creation ?

Just an FYI.

Ford cast in 352 on their big block FE series engines in various locations of the blocks and components. So the motor could be a 352, 427, 427 side oiler or even a 428.

Holley carb rebuilding? ok here is the remedial course.. kinda like those 090 level college classes eh...

Step 1: unhook throttle linkage
Step 2: unhook fuel line
Step 3: unbolt carb from manifold
Step 4: set poor holley gently on floor
Step 5: open favorite door
Step 6: kick that MoFo as hard as you can against the bottom of the door to jam the throttle plate under it...

Whala... instant door stop :D
